  2. Now boil water in a big pan and over it place a cooker dabba and cover it with a lid.
  3. Apply oil to your palm and make cylindrical roll of the dough and place on the steamer for 20 - 25 minutes.
  4. Let them.cool completely and cut them in small slices.
  5. For tempering: In a small pan heat oil, add mustard seeds, Sesame seeds, curry leaves and Red dry chilli.
  6. When the mustard seeds crackle add all other ingredients and pour this tempering over the muthais.
  7. Transfer the muthais in a serving plate.
  8. Garnish with chopped Coriander leaves.
