  15. Prepare 1 tablespoon butter for garnishing
  16. Get 4-6 cardamoms
  17. Make ready 4-6 cloves
  18. Get 3-4 cinnamon sticks
  19. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon shahi jeera/ cumin seeds
  20. Take as needed Water
Steps to make Keema tahari:
  1. Take a non-stick wok add oil to it while it’s warm pop in hard spices sauté for few seconds further add chopped onions fry until golden brown next add chopped tomatoes cook until soften
  2. Then add the wash and strained keema then add all spices cover it and cook for 5 minutes then add the whisked curd and cook until oil separates lastly add coriander leaves
  3. Further add the soaked rice in the gravy add water and cook until one boil cover the lid and cook on low flame for about 10 minutes then the flame let it settle
  4. By the time pop in a tablespoon of butter and it’s ready to serve enjoy it with salad it doesn’t need any curry it’s delicious within one dish..!
