  1. Prepare 500 gram mutton keema (minced)
  2. Get 1 cup water
  3. Prepare 2 medium size onions
  4. Make ready 1 bunch fresh methi( fenugreek) leaves
  5. Make ready 1 teaspoon salt
  6. Get 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  7. Take 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  8. Prepare 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  9. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder (homemade)
  10. Take 3 tablespoons oil for cooking
  11. Take 4 teaspoon Coriander leaves for garnishing
Steps to make Keema methi:
  1. Wash & chop methi leaves drop in water set aside further chopped onions & washed keema with some turmeric powder to avoid fishy smell out of it. Strain the water and take for cooking
  2. Take a pressure cooker pop in all ingredients mentioned above with water except coriander leaves cover the lid and cook until 2 whistles once it’s done cook until oil separates garnish with coriander leaves and off the flame burner.
  3. Pop it in a serving dish and enjoy with delicious keema methi with white rice or chapati.
