  12. Take 1 tsp red chilli powder
  13. Take 1 tsp salt
  14. Get 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

  16. Take 1 inch piece of cinnamon stick
  17. Get 3-4 green cardamom
  18. Prepare 1 black cardamom
  19. Prepare 2-3 cloves
  20. Make ready 4-5 black peppercorns
  21. Take Coriander for garnish
  22. Get 2-3 green chillies for garnish
Instructions to make Mix Sabzi Qeema:
  1. Heat oil in a pot. Add whole spices and sliced onion. Fry till onion changes colour.
  2. Add chopped tomatoes, ginger garlic pastes, and all spices. Fry till tomatoes are soft and oil separates.
  3. Add chicken mince. Fry over low flame till it changes colour. Cover and cook for 10 mins over low to medium flame.
  4. Add all veggies except the capsicums. Add yogurt. Mix well. Cover and cook. Vegetables will release their water. Let mince cook in it.
  5. When the veggies and mince are soft, and well mixed, add cubed capsicums. Add chopped green chillies. Cover and turn off flame.
  6. I prefer my chillies and capsicums crunchy, so I do not cook them too much, and serve immediately.
  7. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander before serving. Enjoy!
