Steps to make Qeema Phalli:
Chop lobia phalli acc to choice.I chop in bite size pieces such that one pod segment each.
Heat oil add slice onion & fry to pink.add garam masala.fry for a minute or two.add ginger garlic paste, all spices & chop tomatoes fry masala till tomatoes are soft with little water.
Add mince & fry till colour is change.let mince cook in masala. When almost halfdone add potato cut in cubes & chopped phalli.(potatoes are optional). Add 1 cup water & let it cook till sabzi is soft and qeema is all fried.
Add chopped green chillies and cover.sprinkle fresh coriander on top and eat with joy
