  1. Take a pan and heat oil in it.
  2. Add cumin seeds, ginger and onions.
  3. Cook till light brown. Add salt, turmeric and red chilli powder.
  4. Mix well and add peas and fenugreek leaves and mix well.
  5. Add cauliflower florets and mix.
  6. Cover the pan with lid and cook for 10-15 minutes. Stir in between. Keema gobhi is ready.
