  1. Heat Oil in a frying pan and cook Mince, Onion with Ginger. When Meat changes colour, add Dashi Stock, Sugar, Mirin and Soy Sauce and cook until the sauce is slightly thickened.
  2. Beat the Eggs and pour them over and cook until the Egg has set. DO NOT stir.
  3. Half fill a bowl with freshly cooked rice and cover it with the meat and egg mixture. Sprinkle some shredded Nori or chopped Spring Onion on top and enjoy.
