  1. Heat up a little olive oil and Fry the sausage until all round is coloured and browned take off and set aside to cool.
  2. Fry the onions in 1 tbls olive oil for 1 minute then add the garlic fry for another minute add the mixed herbs,pepper, salt, chilli flakes, paprika and salt mix in.
  3. Add the beans, Tomatoes, and stir in all mixed in also the Balsamic vinegar
  4. Cut the cooled sausages into 1/2 inch long and add to the onions and mix
  5. In a casserole dish grease all inside with olive oil and add the chicken stock then pour in the sausage mix into it and stir.
  6. Add the veg carrots, Cauliflower, Caugettes and stir in
  7. Add the casserole dish to a preheated oven on medium heat for 1 hour with a lid.
  8. Take out and serve hot with some crusty bread rolls or with some new potatoes boiled
