Steps to make Keema Paratha:
  1. Cooked the keema with a bit of salt in a cooker with 1 whistle. And keep it handy.
  2. Then make a paste of onions, garlic, ginger. Then add the above-mentioned spice to the mixture.
  3. Then in a pan add oil. Then add the spice mixture and cook for 5 minutes. Then add the cooked keema into the pan. Cooked it until it becomes thick.
  4. Now make a dough with flour, oil /ghee, and adding water to parts. Once the dough is ready, make a medium size ball from it. Then roll it in a rolling pin and stuffed the keema. Cover the dough and roll it again. But the size should be small.
  5. Now in Tawa add oil/ ghee. Once its heats fry the paratha on both sides till golden brown. Then serve hot with butter and another side dish.
