The ingredients needed to make Qeema Aloo:
  1. Make ready 1/2 kg Minced Beef
  2. Take 250 gm Potatoes (cut in small pieces)
  3. Prepare 2 tomatoes

  7. Take 6 Cloves

  15. Get Fresh Coriander (Chopped) As required
Steps to make Qeema Aloo:
  1. Chop the onion and cook in oil until light brown.
  2. Add all the spices and finely chopped tomatoes.
  3. Cook on medium heat till water is almost dried.
  4. Add mince meat mix and dry the water again
  5. Add potatoes and cook till the potatoes are soft.
  6. Sprinkle garam masala powder.
  7. Garnish with fresh green Coriander (Dhaniya) leaves, green chilies and Ginger (Adrak) slices and lemon juice. (whatever you like)
  8. Serve with naan or chapati persons.
