  6. Prepare 4 green chillies
  7. Get Fresh coriander
  8. Prepare 1 tsp lemon juice

  12. Make ready 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  13. Take 1 tbsp dhania powder
  14. Take 1 tsp zeera powder
  15. Get 1 tsp garam masala powder

  17. Make ready 1/2 ,cup oil
Steps to make Qeema Palak (spinach and mince):
  1. Heat oil and add sabut garam masala, than add onions and fry to light brown
  2. Add qeema and cook to dry than add ginger garlic paste and fry qeema with 2 green chillies, Bhun lein achi tarha.
  3. Add haldi, red chilli powder, dhania powder and cook well
  4. Add tomatoes mix and now add some 1glass water and cover to cook till qeema is done and tomatoes soft
  5. Bhun lein achi tarha add salt jab oil achi tarha a jae to add Palak and mix well and cook well for 10_15 mins and add green chillies, zeera powder, dhania fresh, lemon juice and than garam masala. Cook and put on dum for few mins.
