  11. Get 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  12. Prepare 1 tsp turmeric powder
  13. Make ready 1 tsp kasmiri red chili powder
  14. Make ready 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  15. Prepare 1 tsp cumin powder
  16. Prepare to taste Salt & sugar
  17. Take leaves as required chopped coriander
  18. Take As required Grated Mozzarella cheese
  19. Get 1/2 cup grated paneer
Steps to make Cheesy Keema Stuffed Capsicum:
  1. Cut the tops of the capsicum & scoop out the seeds to make a cup.set aside.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan with 1tbsp oil, add chopped onion, green chillies, saute them. Add ginger garlic paste saute them.add chopped tomatoes & mix well. Cook till the mixture is pulpy.
  3. Add turmeric powder, Red chili powder, garam masala powder cumin powder salt sugar and mix well.add chicken mince,grated paneer and coriander leaves and mix everything well.Cook till fully done.
  4. Transfer to a bowl and add some grated cheese and mix it well.
  5. Stuffed this mixture into individual capcicum cups and top it with grated Mozzarella cheese, sprinkle oregano and chili flakes. Brush the capsicum cup some oil or butter.
  6. Pre- heat the oven for 10 minutes at 180 C and bakeing it for 15 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with tomato sauce
