  1. Take 1 cup soya keema, soaked in boiled water for 1/2 hr,

  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp ginger paste,
  8. Make ready 1 tomato chopped finely,

  10. Take 1/2 tsp haldi powder,
  11. Take 1 tsp red chilli powder,
  12. Take 2 tsp dhania powder,
  13. Prepare 1/2 tsp garam masala powder,
  14. Prepare 1 tbsp coconut milk,
  15. Prepare 2 tbsp mustard oil for frying,
Steps to make Potato Soya Keema:
  1. Strain soya keema, squeeze it nicely, keep aside.
  2. Take a pan, add 2 tbsp oil, heat it. Add potato pcs, fry it till light brown. Keep aside.
  3. Take a wok, add oil, heat it. Whole garam masala, sauté it for a while.
  4. Now add onion, stir fry it until golden brown.
  5. Add ginger garlic paste, add lil water, stir fry it for a while.
  6. Now add tomato & salt, stir fry it until tomato becomes tender.
  7. Add haldi, dhania & red chilli powder into the masala, add lil water, stir it nicely.
  8. Cover it with the lid, lower the flame, cook it till oil separates.
  9. Now open the lid, increase the flame, add garam masala powder, stir it.
  10. Add coconut milk, mix well.
  11. Now add soya keema & aloo, stir it gently for a while. Add chopped dhania patta, stir it again.
  12. Cover it again, sprinkle some water, lower the flame, dum it till oil has oozed out.
  13. Switch off the flame, open the lid after a while.
  14. Take out in a serving bowl, give a drizzle of fresh cream.
