  1. Take 500 gms Mutton keema
  2. Prepare 1 cup Onion paste

Instructions to make Persian Kabab:
  1. Firstly, in the mutton minced add all the Ingredients and oil 2 tbsp too. Mix them well and keep it in the refrigerator to marinate it for 30 mins.
  2. Then in the frying pan or tawa spread all the mutton minced with hand.end to end properly.Equal from all sides.Then drizzle oil all the sides.
  3. Cook it in 5 mins in one side,then cut it into strips with knife and flip it into other side.Again cook it for 5 mins.Cook properly both the sides until well cooked.
