  1. Cooker mein qeema, pyaz slice, lehsan, sabat Tamatar, namak, mirch, haldi or 1-1/2 cup pani daal kar 5-8 minutes cook karen.
  2. Ab tamator ka peel nikal lain, oil dalen, zeera dhaniya powder dalen or achi trha bhoon lain.
  3. Bhoontay hue Aaloo dalen, thori adrak b dalen, unko b sath cook karen. Phir 1-1/2 cup Pani daal kar 4-5 minutes ke liye dum par rakhen.
  4. End mein garam masala, adrak or green chilli daal kar 2 minutes dum dain or tyar. Hara dhaniya ke sath garnish karen.Garam roti ke sath enjoy karen
