After that take a pan,add water,after a boil in water…roll the dough with the hand,give it cylindrical shape..place it in hot water…cover it on medium flame…
After 10-15 minutes,check it with the knife…take it out…cut it into pieces…
Now prepare gravy,first take oil in a pan…add ajwain,cumin, and mustard seeds in it…also hing…then add onion,saute it till golden brown…
Now add curd with masala…continue stirr…after a boil,add gatte…add some more water,if required…after a boil…add salt and garam masala powder…after 10 minutes boil,turn off the flame…
Gatte ki sabji is ready to serve with chapati,parantha,puri and bati too…
