  1. Heat oil in a kadhai and add cumin, mustard seeds when they crackle add green chilli And ginger paste, garlic
  2. Add Hing, onion saute till light brown.
  3. Now add haldi powder, boiled kathal and mix well with all masalas.
  4. Let it cook till the colour is golden brown.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with hot rice or paratha.
