  1. Take a bowl add besan,ajwain,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,cumin seed, oil and curd.use water to knead dough andake cylinder ical logs.
  2. Now talw a vessel add water whe the water boiled then drop prepared gatte.when the gatte gloat on water then switch off the gas.now cut the gatte into small Pieces and keep aside.
  3. For Tardka(curry) - Take a katori add somw water add red chilli powder,salt,coriander powder.make a wet(gol)masala. - Take a kadai heat the oil and saute cumin seeds,garlic paste,chopped green chillies and wet (gol) masala.keep flame low add curd stir continuously.add prepared gatte and chopped coriamder leaves.now jodhpui gatte ready to surve with roti.
