  4. Take 1 tbsp red chilli powder

  6. Get 1 tbsp turmeric powder

  8. Prepare 3 grated tomatoes

Instructions to make Garlic(Lahsun) ki sabji:
  1. Add oil in kadhai. Then add grated garlic and saute till its colour changed to golden brown.
  2. Then add grated onions and saute it.then add tomatoes and green chillies and mix well and saute till it is soft.
  3. Then add salt, red chilli powder, black pepper, turmeric powder and mix well
  4. Add 1 tbsp fresh malai and mix well
  5. Then add 2 cups of water and mix it and heat on low medium flame for 10 minutes
  6. Then add grated garlic and mix well
  7. Its ready serve hot.
