  2. Add kasuri methi and cook for 5 min add tomato chopped in it and cook for 5 min add dry masalas and cook the masala till it leaves oil
  3. Add chopped gobhi,potato,green peas and cover it with lid and cook till all veggies aur tender
  4. As your veggies aur tender and cooked serve it with paratha or roti
