  1. Heat the oil in a pan. - - Stir in the fennel seeds, cardamom seeds and curry leaves. Cook gently for a minute to release the aromas. - - Add the finely chopped onions and fry until the onions are golden brown.
  2. Add the chopped tomatoes, ginger / garlic paste, Masala blend and salt. - - Sauté gently for 5-6 minutes until the tomatoes are cooked. The mixture will be quite dry. - - Add the prawns and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Once cooked, garnish with coriander leaves and serve with your favourite rice. We had brown rice.
