  1. Boil and peel potatoes and chop mash roughly. - Chop green garlic add salt and 1 tsp oil mix well.
  2. Heat oil in a pan add asafoetida turmeric powder and green chilli paste. Saute n add boiled potatoes n toss. Add garam masala n salt mix well. Turn off flame. Let it cool on room temp.
  3. Now add chopped green garlic mix properly. N serve with jowar roti or puri. Tasty delicious lasaniya bateka subji is ready to serve.
