  1. In bowl add all masala of gatta and water mix well now add curd and mix till crumbly texture.
  2. Now add little water and knead,andproceed the same till soft dough form.
  3. Roll it into cylinder shape
  4. Boil 4 cup water in pan add gatta one by one and cook,cook 6-7min (bubble will form on gatta means its done)
  5. Now remove from water and cut into small pieces.
  6. Fry gatta
  7. Heat oil in pan add cumin seeds when splutter add chopped onion and chopped garlic
  8. Add chopped tomatoes and cook well.
  9. Now add gatta with water and cook for 4-5 min. - Ready to serve
