  3. Make cylinder shapes with the yam dough like in d pic below.
  4. Add flour,salt nd water to form a soft dough.knead,roll nd cut into strips like this
  5. Now roll d cylinder shaped yam with the flour strips into a curl.
  6. Put your oil on fire nd when hot,fry in a moderate heat.serve as breakfast or even dinner.
