In a pressure cooker add oil heat it add cauliflower florest and fry them until they turn golden.transfer in a plate.now fry the potatoes till golden.transfer in a plate
In the same oil add onion paste saute until they turn golden brown.then add ginger garlic paste saute one minute.add tomatoes,and all powder spices.mix well and cook for 2-3 minute.then add fried potato and 1/2 cup of water.covr and cook for one whistle
Now open the cooker.add fried cauliflower mix well.add 1/2 cup of water.pressure cook for a whistle.released the presure and add chopped coriander leaves.mix nicely
Serve with plane roti or paratha.
