Steps to make Besan Sabzi With Lachha Paratha:
  1. For Sabzi - Take Besan in a bowl mix it with all spices along with dry kasori methi
  2. Add water and make a bowl mix all spices along with dry kasuri Methi. Make a thin batter(running consistency)
  3. Take one heavy bottom kadai. Put oil and add jeera and pour besan mixture and keep stirring until it becomes thick and leaves the side of kadai.
  4. Transfer the dough in a greased plate and spread properly. Cut it into diamond shape and deep fry it.
  5. Take a kadai put oil and add jeera and put onion paste roast it till a pink colour comes. Then add all the spices and cook it for 2-3 minutes then add tomato pure and cover it and cook till gravy releases its oil. Add water and then add besan pieces. Let it boil for 4-5minutes. Then garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  6. For Paratha - Take atta and make a soft dough. Rest it for 15-20 minutes and then make a thin roti and spread ghee on it and dust it with dry atta and roll it and keep it in fridge for 10 minutes.
  7. Take out them and roll them like a roti and cook them on both sides with desi ghee until it becomes crisp. - Enjoy:)
