  1. Cut potatoes into cubes. Chopped onions and make a paste from ginger garlic cloves pepper cinnamon and jeera.
  2. Make a paste from all these ingredients.
  3. Now add oil 3/4cup in a pressure cooker heat the oil add 1/2 tab jeera and hing add crushed paste sauté the paste till oil release. Now add chili powder salt and dhaniya powder. Sauté all ingredients well and add potatoes cut add 3 cup water and cook for 5 whistles on medium flame 🔥.
