  2. Heat the oil in the kadhi.Add onion and fry to golden.
  3. Add tomatoes,garlic&Ginger paste,cumin, coriander,black pepper.And mix it well until oil separats.
  4. And then boiled potatoes and gram.
  5. And then add water and cover it.Once it boiled turn the flame medium to low.
  6. When all the masala are cooked well,turn the flame off.
  7. Heat little oil for the tadka,add little kashmiri mirch,cumin seeds,dry red chill,Heat the oil until all the seed cracked and then add into the sabjee.
  8. For the Puri cut the dough into same piece and roll into the size of a Puri.
  9. Heat the oil and deep fry the Puri.
  10. Serve the very easy and tasty breakfast.
