Take 2 big cups methi leaves/fenugreek leaves
Prepare 1 cup matar /green peas

Steps to make Malai Methi Matar Sabzi:
Clean and wash the methi leaves twice. Then chop it.
In a Kadai add oil after it turns hot add bay leaf, dalchini, clove, pepper. Then add a tsp of ginger garlic paste and saute it.
In a mixer, jar add onions and tomatoes and grind it to a fine paste. Now add this onion-tomato puree in the Kadai,saute till you get a good aroma. Add slit green chilies.
Add green peas, turmeric powder, dhaniya jeera powder, red chilli powder, salt as required and mix well.Keep the flame low and stir it continuously.
Now add water a cup or little more water. Cover and cook for 5 to 7 minutes so that peas gets cooked. Then add chopped methi leaves. Now add gram masala, amchur powder and allow it to cook for 5 minutes.
After peas and Methi is cooked finally add fresh cream and mix it well. Don't cook more after adding cream. Remove from flame after 2 minutes.
