  1. Peel, cut yam into cubes wash and put into a clean pot.
  2. Blend crayfish, onions and pepper. Add into yam pot
  3. Wash fish using lukewarm water and salt. Add into yam pot
  4. Add Knorr cubes, salt and water into yam pot. Let the water cover the yam. Place on medium heat
  5. After 15mins of cooking, pour your palm oil, stir with cooking spoon for ingredients to mix properly. leave to boil for another 10 mins, add your chopped scent leaf, stir, let it simmer for 2mins.
  6. Turn off heat. Leave to stand for 3mins before serving. Enjoy!!!
