Take A bunch of Spinach clean them and wash them and par boil them without adding water to cover the lid. After 2-3 minutes drain the Spinach add cold water over them and let them cool down. Next grind them in a mixture jar
Par boil Corn by adding salt to it, Finely Chopped onions and crush green chilli ginger garlic paste
Take a pan heat oil and Garlic butter add Cumin seeds later add chopped onions and ginger-garlic paste
Saute for 2-3 minutes until it turns golden now add the Spinach puree next add corn to the gravy add salt to taste and cook them for about 2-5 mins till everything mix well and thickens nicely.
Lastly add 1tsp garam masala and cook them for 2-3 minutes switch off the flame
