  12. Get 11/2 tspns ginger-garlic paste
  13. Make ready 1 tspn turmeric
  14. Get 1 tbspn coriander powder
  15. Make ready 1 tbspn chilly red
  16. Prepare green chillies finely chopped
  17. Take salt
  18. Make ready 1/2 cup yogurt
  19. Get 1/2 cup saffron milk mix
  20. Get ginger cutted in to long sticks
  21. Take 1 cup onions deep fried
  22. Take half a tspn Garam masala
  23. Prepare 2 drops Kewara essence
Instructions to make Vegetable Biryani:
  1. For This vegetable Biryani,You can either use big pan or clay pot.I have both.but this time I used my kadhai for this.pour oil in it. Add bay leaves, cloves, cinnamon, green cardamoms and black cardamoms and sauté till fragrant.
  2. Add onions and sauté. Add carrot, cauliflower and beans and sauté. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and green chillies and mix well.
  4. Add 3 cups water, drained rice and mix. Add salt and mix. Cover the kadhai with lid and let it come to a boil.
  5. Add green peas, cover and cook. When the rice is almost done, add yogurt, saffron milk, ginger strips, deep fried onions, garam masala powder and kewaraa essence and mix lightly.
  6. Cover and seal the edges with dough. Cook till done
  7. And here is your Vegetable biryani..Serve hot…:)
