The ingredients needed to make Vegetable Pulao:
  1. Make ready 2 Cups Basmati Rice
  2. Prepare 1 Bay leaf
  3. Make ready 8 Cloves
  4. Get 2 Cinamon
  5. Get 3 Cardamom
  6. Take 2 Tablespoons Ghee
  7. Prepare 1/2 Cup Green peas
  8. Take 1/2 Cup Carrot cubed

Instructions to make Vegetable Pulao:
  1. Boil about 6 cups of water by adding half of the spices (4 cloves, 1 cinnamon, 1 cardamon)
  2. Once the water starts boiling add the rice (washed and drained) and cook till the rice is almost 80 % done
  3. Now remove from heat and drain off the water from the rice by transferring it to a colander.
  4. Now in a pan add the ghee and the rest of the spices and saute for a minute. Now add the green peas and cubed carrots and cook
  5. Now add the Cooked rice and mix well..and there you go!!!! easy and yummy pulao ready!!!!
