  1. Get 1/2 kg Methi( fenugreek leaves)
  2. Get 3 tomatoes chopped
  3. Make ready 2 green chillies
  4. Prepare 4-5 garlic cloves chopped

  6. Make ready 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  7. Get 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

Steps to make Methi Ki Sabji:
  1. Take a pressure cooker add washed methi and cook it for one whistle.then a take it out in a drainer and drain whole water from it.
  2. Take a pan add oil.
  3. Then add garic cloves.
  4. Add tomato and green chilli and cook it for a while on low flame till the tomato become mashy.
  5. Then add all the spices and mix it well.
  6. Now add boiled methi and cover it for a while.
  7. When methi reduced whole water then turn the flame off.
  8. Now it is ready to eat.Serve it with roti or dhodha.
