  2. Prepare 50 ml evaporated milk
  3. Make ready Sugar syrup (rock sugar + water)

  1. Boil a pot of water. When the water is boiling, add pearl sago and simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. Turn off the heat, cover the pot with lid and let it stand for another 10 minutes.
  3. Rinse the cooked pearl sago through a sieve and running water. Keep pearl sago in a bowl of water until ready to use.
  4. Puree mangoes (put aside some chunky diced mango as a topping).
  5. Add the evaporated milk and sugar syrup (add according to your taste)
  6. Add the pearl sago and mix well.
  7. Refrigerate to chill.
