For stuffing- in a bowl add paneer, chopped chillies, Coriander, lemon juice, salt, cumin, grated ginger and crushed cashews.
Now take equal portions of sago and paneer mix. Stuff paneer mix into sago mixture exactly like we stuff paratha.
And smoothen the surface with the help of little water.
