Prepare 1 1/2 cup sabudana
Make ready 1 medium potato chopped
Make ready 1 tbsp fried and crushed ground nuts

Get 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
Take 1/4 tsp mustard seeds
Get 2 green chillies finely chopped

Steps to make Sabudana kichdi:
Firstly wash sabudana 2-3 times, add enough water just to immerse sabudana,and let it soak at least 2-3 hrs
Keep a wok on a medium flame add oil heat up add mustard seeds cumin seeds chopped potato, green chillies, curry leaves saute for 2 minutes, close the lid for two minutes let potato get cooked, then add soaked and drained sabudana, add salt,turmeric powder give it a good mix…close the lid jus cook for 10 minutes, check and make sure sabudana is cooked, if not cooked cook some more time
Do not over cook else it will become like a lump.. add lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves and crushed ground nuts.. give it a good mix..serve hot… !
