  1. Firstly take a 250 grams of sabudana clean n wash n soak over night, next day soak sabudana keep it in a freeze for at least 20 minutes take above all the ingredients together, remove the skin of boil potatoes chopped coriander leaves n green chilli.
  2. Take a another container add sabudana into it add chopped green chillies, cumin seeds, Coriander leaves,
  3. Boil mashed potatoes, fasting black salt, pinch of baking soda,
  4. And curd and roasted crush peanuts mix it well.
  5. Now our sabudana vada mixture is ready to make vada take bowl of water grease with water your hand n make a round shape sabudana vada n make a hole in the middle of all the sabudana vada.
  6. Heat the kadhai pour oil add vada to fry on medium flame,
  7. Fry both the the sides of vada, now our vada is ready to eat.
  8. Our delicious healthy and tasty crispy sabudana vada is ready to serve, serve hot in a serving dish with curd or coconut chutney.
