  2. Get 1 1/2 cup milk

Steps to make Sago Kheer:
  1. Soak sago in 1/2cup warm milk for 30 minutes.
  2. Now add remaining milk and saffron. Keep the flame on low. Cook till sago have plumped up and thickened. Add sugar cook for a minute. Turn off the flame.
  3. Meanwhile heat ghee in a pan and roast chopped nuts. - Keep some nits for garnishing, remain add in kheer.
  4. Serve in a bowl and garnish with rosted nuts and saffron strands. - Enjoy.
