Get 3 tsp Freshly Chopped Coriander leaves
Steps to make Suran Yam Chokha or Bharta:
In a mixing bowl: Add In the boiled & mashed Suran/Yam & rest all other ingredients except the Lemon Juice & Chopped Coriander Leaves
In the preheated oven @180C, roast the aforementioned ingredients (meant to be roasted), for about 8-10 mins time & take out- allow it to cool down
Mash with hands & mix everything well together until nicely combined & all are finely incorporated
Now, add in the lime juice & freshly chopped coriander leaves- Give it really good mix- the final one…
