The ingredients needed to make Sabudana Khichdi:
  1. Take 1 cup Sabudana
  2. Prepare 2 medium size potatoes boiled and cut into small pieces
  3. Make ready 2 green chillies slit
  4. Make ready 1 small ginger + 2 green chilies crushed together
  5. Get 1 sprig curry leaves
  6. Take 1/4 cup peanuts crushed
  7. Take 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  8. Take 2 Tbsp ghee
  9. Prepare leaves Garnish with lime wedges and coriander
Steps to make Sabudana Khichdi:
  1. Soak Sabudana for 2 hours in 1.5 cup water
  2. In a wok heat ghee and add cumin seeds, when it splutters add ginger-green chilli crushed, curry leaves and stir for 2 mins.
  3. Add boiled and cut potatoes and stir for 3 mins.
  4. Add crushed peanuts and stir for 1 min. Add Sabudana and stir for 3-4 mins
  5. In between sprinkle little water and cover after stirring for 2-3 mins
  6. Add slit green chilies, chopped coriander leaves, salt and lime juice. Stir once and set aside
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves and enjoy with Papad and yogurt on sides
