  5. after pressure cooker releases pressure or after the rice is cooked spread the rice on a plate so as not to form lumps!!!
  6. now in a frying pan heat the oil and add the cumin seeds
  7. when the cumin seeds begin to crackle add the sliced green chilli & sliced onion
  8. when the onion starts to colour add the cashew nuts and saute till onion turns golden brown
  9. now add the peas, salt and rice and mix thoroughly heating the rice without cookin it further!!!garnish it with most of the coriander leaves and serve wid raita
  10. for raita
  11. beat the curd adding water to dilute it to desired consistency
  12. add all other ingredients to the curd and mix thoroughly!!!garnish it with the rest of the coriander leaves and serve!!!
