  2. Once the sabudana is fluffy, drain and transfer to a mixing bowl.
  3. Add cumin powder, peanut powder, lemon juice, sugar and salt. Mix well.
  4. Shape into small tikkis. Shallow fry / deep fry until golden brown and crisp.
  5. Serve hot with tomato sauce or chutney.
