  5. Then add the stock cubes and stir in.

  9. Transfer the sausage mix, when boiled to a deep oven proof dish and cover with a lid or foil.
  10. Cook slowly for about 1 1/2 hours stir once half way through cooking
  11. Serve Hot with Mashed Potato, or boiled New potatoes with peas and carrots
