To begin with this particular recipe, we have to first prepare a few ingredients. You can have sabudana kheer using 5 ingredients and 3 steps. Here is how you can achieve that.

The ingredients needed to make Sabudana Kheer:
  1. Get 1 cup Sago Pearls or Sabudana
  2. Take 2 litres Milk
  3. Get 1 tsp Cardamom powder
  4. Take 1/4 cup Almonds slivered
  5. Take 1 cup Sugar or to taste
Instructions to make Sabudana Kheer:
  1. Bring Milk to a rolling boil on a high heat at first and then simmer on a low heat for about 15 to 20 minutes. When you keep it for boiling, soak Sabudana also in enough water.
  2. Add Sugar and Cardamom powder to the simmering Milk. Mix well and let it cook on a low heat only. Also don't forget to add slivered Almonds. Sugar can be adjusted accordingly. After 20 minutes of simmering, add soaked and drained Sago Pearls to the Milk.
  3. Keep simmering it on a low heat for the next 10 minutes. After done, enjoy it either warm or chilled according to your choice.
