Get 300 gm Sabudana
Take 1 Chopped Potato

Prepare 1/2 Bowl Coriander leaves

Make ready 1/2 tbsp Garam Masala
Prepare 1 Lemon juice
Prepare 4-5 Spoon oil
Take 10-15 Curry leaves
Take 1/2 tsp Dry Mango Powder
Steps to make Breakfast (Sabudana Pulao):
Firstly wash sabudana 2-3 times and then soak into overnight. Sabudana should be separate and moist drain water.
Take a kadhai fry peanuts for 3-4 minutes. Keep aside..Then fry potato and cook until soft. Add fry capsicum. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chilli and saute.
Add tomato, red chilli powder, dry mango powder, coriander powder, salt, and mix well and cook few minutes. Mix sabudana and cook 8-10 minutes in low flame. When sabudana looks transparent add garam masala, peanuts, lemon juice and mix it well.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with hot tea….ππ
