  3. Prepare 1 tbsp ghee

  5. Take 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  6. Take 5-6 curry leaves

Steps to make Hariyali Sabudana Khichdi:
  1. Wash Sabudana 3-4 times to remove the excess starch.
  2. Soak them in coriander mint juice to get the green colour.
  3. Roast peanuts on low flame until the colour of skin changes slightly. Remove the skin and blend them. Don't make it in powdered form.
  4. In a Pan, add ghee. Once ghee is hot, add Cumin seeds and curry leaves
  5. Add ginger chilli paste and sauté for a minute.
  6. Dice the potatoes and add them. Cook it for 5 minutes on low flame.
  7. Add salt as per taste and crushed peanuts. Cover the lid and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
  8. Now add soaked Sabudana and sugar.
  9. Cook for another 5 minutes and turn off the flame. Add handful of coriander leaves and lemon juice.
  10. Hariyali Sabudana Khichdi is ready. Enjoy!!
