  1. Wash sabudana 2-3 times and soak for 10 min
  2. After 10 min remove extra water and sprinkle 2-3 spoon water and let it set for 4 hour or overnight
  3. Now it is ready to use.tip-you can keep soaked sabudana in freeze and use
  4. Chop green chilli,potato and tomato
  5. In a pan add ghee in it add zeera when it crackles add peanut and fry.remove peanut now add green chilli and potato 2 min
  6. Now add tomato and fry till cooked
  7. Now add sabudana,black pepper and rock salt
  8. Mix all and close lid in low flame for 3 min
  9. Now off the flame and add lemon juice(optional)and serve with coriander leave and serve
