Keep stirring until it boils and add vanilla essence, stir it. Add the Sabudana slurry slowly to the milk and stir it.
Add saffron dipped water to the milk and keep stirring. Stir till the milk is thick.
Add another 2 tbsp of the Sabudana slurry to the milk and stir. Set aside and add butter to keep forming a malai.
In serving bowls add bananas, apples, cherries and fruits of your choice.
