  1. Boil the milk
  2. Add full fat cream once milk cools down
  3. Add milkmaid and sitaphal pulp - Refrigerate for two hours
  4. Churn it in a mixie once after two hours till you get a nice fluffy mix
  5. Refrigerate for another six hours in a closed vessel
  6. If you use open vessel icicles will form and the ice cream will not be creamy.
  7. Repeat the same process for vanilla ice cream.Replace custard apple pulp with vanilla essence.
